Health Mobile delivers professional, quality health care to uninsured
children from low-income families. Our services have been successful in
reaching youth, previously neglected, by utilizing a health unit on wheels.
We travel throughout California to schools, community centers, rural and
urban areas, migrant camps and health fairs to respond to these children's
health needs. Our mobile unit (pictured below) operates out of a
tailor-made, forty-foot motor home and consists of one exam room, two dental chairs, x-ray
equipment and a lab-all the equipment necessary to deliver comprehensive care.
